Maryland Constitutional Convention in 2010

Every 20 years, the Maryland voters have a question to answer on their ballot.

Do you want to have a Constitutional Convention?

The reasons why to have one?

Here are several reasons.

The current Maryland Constitution does not have a Recall process.

Also, there is no legal requirement for presenting an ID when voting.

Additionally, incumbent politicians are no longer identified as such on ballots.

The Convention is the only time that the average Maryland citizen can impact legislation that THEY want.

And this happens only every 20 years.
